MANILA, Philippines – Juami Tiongson’s time at Terrafirma came to an end on Monday after the leading scorer was traded to perennial title contender San Miguel Beer ahead of the midseason PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The league confirmed that it had agreed to the deal, which allowed the Beermen to sign Tiongson and role player Andreas Cahilig to the Beermen in exchange for veterans Terrence Romeo and Vic Manuel.

Terrafirma will play in the Commissioner’s Cup opener against Heading and Converge at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City on Wednesday.
