Prince William spoke about King Charles and Princess Kate’s difficult journeys with cancer in an emotional interview as he wrapped up his tour in Cape Town.

“It’s been horrific. This has probably been the hardest year of my life,” William said.

“So trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult,” he added.
Speaking about his father and wife’s determination to battle their serious illness, William said: “But I’m very proud of my wife, and I’m proud of my father, for dealing with the things they did. But from a personal family point of view, it’s been brutal.
Furthermore, the prince delighted royal fans by sharing that Catherine, who recently completed her chemotherapy, is “doing well.”

The monarch is currently undergoing cancer treatment, but the Princess of Wales has completed her treatment and is now focused on remaining cancer-free.
