Days of Our Lives sees Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), begins to recover her memories from a devastating crash. The truth about Xander Cook’s mother, Fiona Cook, (Serena Scott Thomas) comes to light as Sarah realizes Fiona is responsible for her current state. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Fiona face a potential crisis as Sarah’s memories resurface. Fiona, in an attempt to maintain her sobriety, struggles to silence Sarah. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) may be a scapegoat for Fiona’s actions on the NBC Peacock soap opera.
DOOL sees Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) uses hypnosis to help Sarah recall that fateful night. The revelation that Brady is innocent, and Fiona is guilty may strain Sarah and Xander’s relationship. Xander, feeling guilt over the physical and emotional harm caused to Sarah by his loved ones, may contemplate leaving Sarah on Days of our Lives. As Sarah battles her physical limitations, her work-life balance as a doctor, and motherhood. Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Xander take care Sarah as she adjusts to life in a wheelchair.
