But reports also indicate that a “paternity”-related fee was paid the same day Kody filed court documents. So it looks like it might have happened.
It looks like no one doubts that Kody is Truely Brown’s father. So they likely need to establish paternity so Christine can legally go after him for the child support he’s seeking.
