Big Brother 26 just aired with a live eviction. And there are shaking alliances with betrayals. The nominees, Makensy Manbeck, Cedric Hodges, and Rubina Bernabe, were on the block. Cedric was there because he volunteered to be a pawn.
Both he and Rubina faced eviction if they failed to win the challenge in the AI arena. And unfortunately for Cedric, Makensy emerged victorious. Cedric’s allies Quinn Martin and Angela Murray, who believed they could save him, were rendered powerless. This is because they could not cast a vote. Despite a last-minute scramble and desperate pleas, Cedric’s fate was sealed as he was voted out on Big Brother.
The mood within the Big Brother house shifted drastically, with T-Kor Clottey and Kimo Apaka’s scheming visibly disrupting the alliances. Joseph Rodriguez, who cast a regretful vote against Cedric, seemed particularly affected by the betrayal. Despite the tension, Cedric left the house on a high note, receiving cheers and praise from host, Julie Chen Moonves, for his gracious exit. The aftermath of Cedric’s eviction and the reveal of the AI Instigator twist promises to cause further ripples in upcoming episodes.
